Steps We Are Taking in Response to COVID-19

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our office has taken a number of steps to protect both our patients and staff. If you have any questions regarding the precautions we are taking, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our office will communicate with you via text beforehand to ask some screening questions.
(Only during high case numbers)Upon arrival, text us at 818-846-3203 and wait in your car. We will tell you when it is time to come up. This promotes physical distancing.
All patients, vaccinated or not, will need to wear a mask when entering and exiting the office. We were masks full time including the administrative team.
In addition to our regular hospital grade disinfection, we are “fogging” the office with 200ppm hypochlorous acid. This is similar to what is being done on airlines, hospitals, cruise ships and other public areas.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
We will take your forehead temperature. We take ours as well.
Appointments will be managed to allow for physical distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
Our clinical staff is in full PPE attire including at times face shields and N95 masks.
We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
We will no longer offer magazines and coffee since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
You may be asked to rinse with a special mouth rinse.
A HEPA filtration machine is filtering the air with continuous air exchange.
We have eliminated all signatures with pens.
