Dr. Ramsey Amin Lectures At 2026 National Dental Implant Meeting

A little over a week after returning from Chicago, I’m finally getting a chance to catch my breath.

I was honored—and honestly very flattered—to be invited to speak at the MegaGen NASM meeting at the Swissôtel Chicago. Not only did I have the opportunity to present my lecture, “Thinking Outside the Socket: Unique Solutions in Implant Dentistry,” but I was also asked to serve as “MC” for the entire meeting!

Keeping a couple hundred people engaged, on schedule, and moving through a full program is no small task—but it was a privilege to be part of it.

The meeting brought together an incredible group of clinicians and speakers. There was a tremendous amount of innovation, practical education, and thoughtful discussion around where implant dentistry is heading. I learned a great deal myself, and I came home energized by the level of talent and the opportunities for continued growth in our field.

I was also fortunate to give a keynote address on a topic that is very important to me: “The Rising Tide Lifts All Boats.”

My goal has always been to help elevate the standard of care in implant dentistry. When we share knowledge, challenge each other, and continue improving our clinical decision-making, patients benefit. Better planning, better treatment, and better long-term outcomes should always be the priority.

Unfortunately, over the past decade, we have all seen examples of implant treatment that falls short of the quality patients deserve. That is exactly why meetings like this matter. They create space for honest conversations, better education, and the kind of collaboration that moves our profession forward.

Thank you again to the organizers, fellow speakers, and everyone who attended. I’m grateful for the opportunity and already looking forward to next year’s meeting.
