In this video I describe the 3-D planning for a full upper dental implant procedure. Bone quality and quantity are discussed as well as immediate teeth made when the teeth are extracted and implants are placed.
This is how I do all of my cases.
This case happens to have a zygomatic implant on the left side.. The sinus is avoided on the right side using a tilted, wide implant.
The final upper teeth on this case will be a prettau zirconia bridge. The lowers will have connected (splinted) teeth to better bear the load of the bite.

Thank you, Dr. Amin.
Thank you 😊
I have been going to a dentist who failed to let me know I now have an infection on my #30 tooth right lower jaw. I have had a consultation with an oral surgeon who believes that I can have a successful tooth extraction, even if I have been on Boniva for about 5 years. My oncologist suggested I need to be off Boniva for 3 months, I have begun that. My question is, “ I thought of replacing the tooth with an implant, but after reading some of the posts written on your blog I think I will not get one. I am 66 years old have had breast cancer since July 2012, estrogen/progesterone positive. I take one tablet each day of Letrozole 2.5 Mg. The oral surgeon thinks after our consolation that although I have been on Boniva I am a good candidate for the implant and that I would not become a victim to Osteonecrosis. Could use some advice to comfort my nerves on this situation that has arisen in my life.” Thank you, Patricia
This would be a more appropriate post for you. It should answer your questions!!

Is one of these what is called a 4 on 1? that is SO expensive
this is a form of “all on four.” There are many iterations of it.
