What an incredible few days in Phoenix in November 2025!
I want to say a huge thank you to the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for selecting me to join the main stage at this year’s Annual Meeting—having the chance to speak on behalf of the Academy is truly humbling. 1200 in attendance !!
I spoke on the topic of custom subperiosteal implants. These are very special implants.

The energy, camaraderie, and teamwork over the weekend were top notch.

A special shout-out to my lab partner, John Wilson He couldn’t attend this time, so I channeled my best “John” and showed off his amazing work (you’ll see a bunch of photos attached—some big smiles, lots of gratitude, and even a 98.5 mm disc to mill a titanium implant for the record books!
These meetings aren’t just about our growth as clinicians—they help raise the bar for implant dentistry everywhere, so our patients benefit for years to come. That’s why I keep showing up and speaking up: for all of us, and for excellence in patient care.
Until next time, thanks for all the memories and inspiration. See you all in Nashville next year!
